This a wonderful townhouse in Moab with everything you need. The views were amazing !! The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans needed for breakfast, the outside grill was ready to go for dinner. The downstairs living and dining room had plenty of space to relax and plan the next adventure. The bedrooms had super comfy king beds with adjoining bathrooms. And the laundry closet was so convenient. A clean and comfortable place rest after adventuring !!

Cousins trip to the Utah 5
Felt right at home. Everything we needed was there. Very convenient location to base when exploring Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point Parks. Two King Suites was perfect for two couples, and beds were very comfortable. Loved the Cycle theme.

Great Moab Stay
Well appointed, great and friendly communication. Location is close to town but not too close...but if you're sensitive to road noise, it's fairly close to the highway and the trucks are loud. We would stay again and highly recommend.

Excellent!
We loved the property. Clean and spacious. Well appointed and the pool was lovely. Just a few minutes drive into downtown and very close to the Arches and The Island in the Sky.

Beautiful condo!!!
This place was a great location and we had everything we needed or within a small distance. The pool was great and other people staying in the community were very friendly. I definitely recommend this place. Very clean, very modern, very nice appliances, and plenty of space and bathrooms for 4 adults!!! We all felt very comfortable here!!

Lovely stay!
We had a great stop at this rental. First of all, the location is great - not far from town but in a quiet area to allow us to relax after long days hiking. The rental is beautiful! Very clean, spacious, and well-stocked. And the communication was easy, the pre-check in instructions were clear and any questions we had during our stay were answered quickly. Highly recommend!

Wow. Great Townhome in Moab!
A friend and I were in Moab for 3 days/nights of mountain biking. Found this great townhome (very recent new construction) on the quiet south end of Moab less than 5 mins from the center of town. Super clean, great decorating/furnishings and every modern amenity you could want! Key points for us were: two king master suites with full baths, washer/dryer on second level, great patio and grill for two dinners we cooked in, great community pool and hot tub and a hose to wash bikes on a private front porch. Had a fantastic stay - host was great and very responsive on communications. Would highly recommend and would absolutely return. I would give this property 6 stars if I could.

Moab stay
Very nice condo, clean, lovely decor. About 4 miles south of central Moab, convenient to everything in town. The entrance to the subdivision is tricky at night (not illuminated), good to make the initial arrival during daylight.

Great New Townhouse
Brand new townhouse in the Rim Vista complex about 5 miles south of town. Well-appointed and stocked right down to things like fresh-ground coffee and laundry detergent.
Convenient to everything Moab has to offer, but at the same time a quiet respite when your busy day is done. 2 King Bedrooms & 2-1/2 Baths make it an excellent choice for 2 Couples or a Family.

Great Moab retreat
Brand new town house. We’ve seldom stayed in a rental that was so well stocked. It had everything we could possibly need. Great rental for 2 couples, as it had 2 master suites.

Beautiful but Noisey
Property was clean, we liked having they cards available to play since it rained the first 2 days. We also liked that there was a BBQ grill so we grilled a few stakes. The only problem was not with the unit, it was the construction workers, right out side the unit, they could have put down some boards down so we did not have to walk in the mud/soaked grass when they pored that concrete right out side our unit. You should have a talk with the builder, then the noise they just took there time every day pounding running equiptment and then they brought a concrete truck in right next to our vehicle they new where we were staying they saw us come and go for several days they could have come asked us to move it before they started. Not sure if you know but the A/C unit has something wrong its so loud we could not talk down stairs and we had to close the bathroom door upstairs at night, talk to your builder before you warranty is up, we just bought a Villa in St George and ours is almost silent when its running, Over all the views were beautiful, the unit was well equipped and clean, we did not get to use the pool do to the weather. Thanks for helping us find it and for getting back to us with questions we had before we got there.
