House Rules

We’re thrilled to host you! To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules:

1. Age Requirement: All guests must be 21 or older, except for children accompanied by their parents.

2. Desert Living: Our home is in the desert—occasional sightings of bugs or critters are part of the experience. Please help minimize this by keeping all doors and windows closed.

3. Security Camera: For your safety, one security camera is installed outside the main entrance only.

4. Pet Policy : Pet Dogs are allowed for a pet fee of $299, for a maximum of 2 dogs (max 75 lbs) ONLY.

5. Sneaking in pets: Non-compliance of the pet policy will result in an additional pet fee of $199 on the top of the $299.

6. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $1000 penalty applies for violations.

7. No Refunds for Uncontrollable Events: We do not offer refunds for weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, or any events beyond our control. We strongly encourage all guests to get travel insurance.

8. No Fires: Absolutely no open flames, including candles. Unauthorized fires will incur a $500 fine plus any damages.

9. Check-in/Check-out Times: Please honor our check-in and check-out times. Early arrivals or late departures will be charged $50 per hour.

10. No Parties or Events: Gatherings, parties, or events of any kind are not permitted. A $1000 penalty applies for violations and you will be asked to leave immediately.

11. Barbecue Grill: Kindly turn off the gas after using the BBQ.

12. Pool: Guests must be 21 and over to use the pool alone. All minors must be supervised at all times. Please shower before use. No diving allowed. No glass or alcohol is permitted in the pool area. Please lock the pool gate when not in use. Use the pool at your own risk.

Important note: For your comfort, our pool is heated to 85°F during the winter and spring months. Guests are kindly asked not to adjust the pool settings.


13. Hot tub: The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Do not sit or stand on the cover. Please shower before use. Make sure to cover the hot tub when not in use to avoid sand getting in. Fasten the cover with buckles on the side or the cover may fly away. Use the hot tub at your own risk.

(Please note that we clean the pool and hot tub before every stay. But you are in the middle of the desert and some sand is expected, especially on windy days)

14. Sauna: The sauna is for guests 21 and over only. Sessions should be limited to 15 minutes. Pregnant guests or those with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use. No food, drinks, or glass items are permitted inside. Use the sauna at your own risk.

15. Dome: The dome is meant for relaxation and stargazing only. Climbing on the structure is prohibited. Noise should be kept low to preserve the experience. Food or drinks are not allowed inside.

16. Firepit: This is a propane fire pit. Gas must be turned off and the firepit shut off before leaving the area. The firepit must not be left unattended. Children must be supervised.

17. Outdoor Games: Outdoor games such as putt‑putt and bocce are for guest enjoyment during the day. Please store the games in the garage when not in use. All play must respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.

18. Respect the Space: Treat our home with care, as you would your own. Our housekeeping team documents the home before and after each stay to ensure all rules are followed.

19. Neighborhood Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

20. Availability: We are available daily from 9 AM to 10 PM. If you message us outside those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
