「This is beautiful and quirky hotel in an old part of the town centre of Souillac. Owners appeared to be welcoming and charismatic. Lady owner communicates in English if struggling to speak in French. Rooms presented to be very nice and clean, while beds very comfortable. Bathroom appeared to be clean but would benefit from a little renovation. There is shower in the bathtub but no rail to attach it, which was a little bit inconvenient. 「Personnel agréable. Propreté de la chambre moyenne. La chambre n'est pas nettoyée tous les jours. Odeurs nauséabondes persistantes et incommodantes surtout la nuit, dans la salle de bain. Sommier grinçant +++ qui vous réveille à chaque mouvement. Système de chauffage très bruyant (soufflerie) très génant pour dormir même réglé à 18°. Petit dejeuner très bien le 1er matin (semaine), viennoiseries de boulangerie, puis des viennoiseries surgelées réchauffées les 2 autres matin suivants (week-end)....

「Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Room was small but comfortable bed. We did visit during a heatwave so the lack of air conditioning was a shame but we knew there wasn’t any when we booked. We paid 12€ each for breakfast which was well worth the money. Woke to a small market right outside the hotel which was a lovely bonus. Overall value for money it was spot on. Staff were lovely and helpful」
