「We were forced to move the room because of overbooking. Our reservation was for 2 night .So,we have to change the room 2nd night, which was unconvinient and terrible Staffs were not so tender to explain everything The 2nd day no staff was there in the reception during daytime and night. They explain that every weekend almost no staff is there in the reception.I can't believe it. The room we stayed was smaller than what I saw on the net.」
