「ケーブルカー駅の目の前！ 重たいスーツケースを持っていても、すぐにルガーノ駅に到着できます。 午前中に到着しましたが、フロントスタッフは快くチェックインを許してくれ、部屋に入ることが出来ました。 ホテルは様々な観光にアクセスが良く、立地も最高です！ 無料の朝食はおいしく、とても満足しました！ また泊まりたい施設です。 スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございました。」

「Comfortable clean practical room. Easy to get anywhere in Lugano. The laundry room requires a bit of negotiation with others during busy times. Bring your own laundry soap and basket - for travelers this means a trip to the grocery store. 」

「This place was amazing with the best views of the lake and mountains. Very big bedroom and nice new kitchen. A little confusing about parking since this property does not offer free parking and you will have to figure out where to park and for how long. Read city signs carefully. 」

「We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed.
