"The property was a short walk to the light rail. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathroom was a little dated but in perfect order. The room had double glazing which removed most outside noise. The pool was heated and very pleasant. Best of all the staff were fantastic; friendly and happy to assist. The indoor pool was temporarily out of order for maintenance but this was indicated to us in an email before we arrived. Our late check in was faultless and 30 seconds after arriving at the security locked door we were opening our own room on the sixth floor. It was that simple. We thoroughly recommend this apartment complex."

"We loved Synergy. Our 2 bedroom apartment was great with 2 bathrooms, kitchen dining and lounge area. The balcony was also a great size with table and chairs. Our apartment was on the 19th floor with a fabulous view of the ocean. The pool is heated and was lovely. Parking is easy, but you just need to be mindful of the change of arrows when coming in and out of the carpark - Synergy do advise of this prior to stay. Location was great, very close to tram line, shops & eateries and a short walk to the beach and casino. We would definately stay here again."

"We had a lovely stay at The Langham! Check-in and check-out were smooth, lobby was amazing and luxurious, the room was huge and amazing with a bedroom X ensuite, a common toilet and shower and a study. We also had a wraparound balcony with stunning views of Nerang River and Broadbeach. Amentiies were great. Pools both indoor and outdoor outstanding. This hotel delivered the luxury that The Langham brand promises. The best add on was their Whatsapp support line - was using it even prior to our arrival to confirm details of our booking, plus used it to request blankets and complimentary water and finally clarificafions re our checkout. Location-wise very close to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, it had food options too. We genuinely had five star experience."

"The apartment was nice and specious for one person. The key I have collected from the safe. The bedroom was situated on the side of the main road, so it was quite loud there. The kitchen was modern, but I was missing basic utilities in the kitchen."
