Great stay at a decent price. Friendly staff, daily room cleaning, working AC, good lighting, all the bathroom essentials, a comfortable bed, TV and wifi available, and a closet. Felt safe. The 1 PM check-in was a nice perk since most places check you in later.
Very convenient location too, close to the subway and lots of restaurants nearby. Can't complain at all.

The check-in process was not excellent. We arrived at 4:30PM and our room was not ready. We had to wait for the staff to find an available room, which was not our first choice. However, later the hotel offered to move us to another room, which we did not make because it was inconvenient.
The manager improved our stay by giving us free breakfast which was excellent.
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to restaurants, museums and shopping.
We would return
