About this space
Beautiful and modern apartment overlooking the ocean with direct/private access to Playa Azul (La Boquilla), known for its wider more private beaches. Enjoy the sounds of the waves in the morning or the panoramic sunsets from your balcony every evening. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment has a fully equipped and remodeled kitchen, air conditioning, tankless hot water heater, flat screen TV’s, internet/wifi, cable, and washer/dryer. The building has a sauna, steam room, gym, and 4 swimming pools.
The space
This 9th floor apartment located in the Porto Vento building (La Boquilla/Morros) has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and all the comforts to accommodate 6 guests. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds and a bunk bed in the guest bedroom. The living room, master bedroom, and both bathrooms overlook the ocean. There are 4 swimming pools: one covered pool for kids; one large main pool; one pool next to the beach with palm trees; one pool on the roof with spectacular views of the ocean and Cartagena.
The apartment is fully equipped with bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, hair straightener, beach cooler, beach blanket, bluetooth speaker, beach toys for kids, board games/cards, first aid kit, Alexa speaker for music, and two flat screen TV’s. The apartment has high speed internet/wifi, cable, and one private parking space.
The kitchen has complete kitchenware, a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, Air Fryer, large sink, coffee maker, juicer, blender, and a toaster. We supply the following additional touches for your convenience: shampoo, conditioner and soap; toilet paper; paper towels; trash bags; coffee and packets of cream, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Guest access
Once your reservation is made, we will ask you for a photo/scan of your passport or cedula (individuals living in Colombia). Upon your arrival to the Porto Vento building, you will be required to show the front desk your passport or cédula for each registered adult. For your security and the security of the entire building, only the registered guests will be allowed in the building.
We will also provide you with a passcode for the Smart Lock on the front door. If you arrive by car, we have a private covered parking space for your vehicle.
Our property manager will meet you at the building during your check-in and accompany you to the apartment to answer any questions and explain how everything works. I will also be available (24/7) to answer any questions or help you with any issues or requests.
Late check-out: If we do not have a reservation that day, we can accomodate a late check-out for an additional fee depending on the length of time requested. Just let us know.
Other things to note
The building is located in the northern part of the city and share the same beach line as some of the most prestigious hotels such as Las Americas, Holiday Inn Morros, the Radisson, and the Sonesta. Due to Colombian law, masks must be worn when you walk in and out of buildings, restaurants, and the airport.
