「On arrival lights didn’t work. Moved to another room next day, couldn’t fault it, view of Jefferson Memorial (as requested) higher floor & fizz, cake & hand made chocolates left in room. Very friendly reception, housekeeping & room service. Excellent breakfast (complimentary on first morning for inconvenience on arrival) delicious & service in all areas exceptional. 「The property is excellent. Modern building and amenities. Room has a FULL kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The gym is large, clean and excellently stocked with modern equipment.
The only note is to have better signage and communication when arriving to check in. It can be a bit confusing. The Kastle app is apparently not as necessary as the pre check-in instructions lead you to beleive.」
