Surrounded by the region's famous olive groves, the property has ample beautiful spots: take a refreshing dip in the large pool, read a book, hang out and relax, whether pool side or in the shade of the vast garden boasting almond and citrus trees, lavender and luscious herb bushes. Take it to the roof - practice yoga at sunrise or enjoy an aperitivo at sunset on the spacious rooftop, whilst taking in the views over the beautiful countryside around and pool and garden below.

The Villa comes with the best WiFi in the region, Starlink, allowing for multiple connections and streams at the same time. Perfect for working from home or any other use.

Explore the surroundings: Situated on a very calm country road, invites for bike rides and peaceful evening walks. The beach is a mere 15 minute / 5km bike ride away, downhill through the olive olive groves! The seaside can also easily be reached by car with amazing beaches nearby, such as Oasi Naturale di Torre Guaceto or other "blue flag" beaches.The towns of Carovigno and San Vito dei Normanni, just 5 minutes away by car, offer all amenities in terms of local shops and supermarkets.
