The Staff:
We had some trouble finding out when we would arrive. The Villa Anna staff kept in touch with us, helped us to do a check in outside of hours, arranged an early check in for us, and were really helpful.
As important, we took an Uber into Brindisi and then couldn't get an Uber back that evening. Despite it being 5 minutes before closing for the desk, the Villa Anna staff arranged for a taxi to come get us (and it was less than the Uber). We would have...

Banheiros grandes, com uso de tecnologia avançado. Localização espetacular, bem próximo do centro histórico de Ostuni . Café da manhã também muito bom. O melhor do hotel , além da grande estrutura , são os funcionários e a atenção que dão aos hóspedes. Leandro, Nicoleta , Valério , Martina, Marquetita, Cristian, Mino e Agnesse ( acho que não esqueci nenhum a) são funcionares exemplares. Votarei ainda mais pelo staff 」
