「Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

「In the middle of a refurbishment, the Falmouth is rediscovering its sense of grandeur. The location is perfect, right on the front, with a cute beach with cafe's just opposite, a short walk from town and 5 minutes walk from Falmouth Docks railway station. The bar has already had it's glow up and is nice space to spend a quite moment. The breakfast was delicious, but what stood out was the amazing staff, who were always there to help. 「Breakfast has been scaled down in selection, quality & service and seemed disorganised. Also, as a vegan, there is very little available on the buffet table though I acknowledge they offer a cooked vegan breakfast which is good if you want hot. The granola which I like had run out & I couldn't find a member of staff free to inform them so went without. It would be a thoughtful touch if biscuits in the room were dairy & egg free just to cater fr a wider clientele. 」
