気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Walking into the lobby I was asked if having tv was important as they are changing companies - asked if they had Wi-Fi (yes) so I could use my iPad to watch programming - didn’t mention only one device per room is allowed Wi-Fi access. Ice machine is broken but was given ice from private quarters. Room has fridge which is old and has rust on the outside of the door. There is a light switch inside the door but I don’t know what it works so room was dark upon entering. Clock and bedside lamps weren’t plugged in - clock cord is damaged. Bathroom has mold around tub and fixed mat inside tub is dirty. Doorframe on bathroom is peeling paint and rusting. Paint on walls is chipped. Bathtub doesn’t drain well. Only positive so far is that about half of the towels seem new.
