"I thoroughly enjoyed this resort. The staff are extremely attentive. I would not consider it to be a party resort so if you are looking for that vibe, I would suggest you look elsewhere. Nevertheless, the amenities were great and despite reading other reviews, I did enjoy the food at this resort a lot."

"This was my third all-inclusive resort and my first trip to the Dominican Republic. Overall, I had a good experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was surprisingly good, with plenty of options throughout the stay. The entire property was clean and well maintained, and Carlos was by far the best staff member we encountered—friendly, attentive, and someone who truly made our trip more enjoyable. The beach itself was nice and never felt overcrowded. We also booked an excursion that was a lot of fun and a great value for the money. There were a few areas that could be improved. There wasn't food service available at either the beach or the pool, which would have been a nice convenience. Service at the swim-up bar was also slower than expected. The biggest disappointment was the ocean. There was a significant amount of seaweed, and in some areas the smell was unpleasant. The sections that were clear weren't especially scenic, and there was very little marine life to see while snorkeling. Despite those drawbacks, the resort itself was very nice, and I enjoyed my stay. If you're looking for a clean resort with good food, a relaxing beach, and comfortable accommodations, it's worth considering—just be aware that ocean conditions can impact the experience."

"Everyone was so helpful. Rodney was our butler and it was amazing how on top of every question and every request he was. He always had a solution and in a timely manner. The room services cleaned our room impeccably and there was always a trolley driving around that we could pick up to get to other parts of the resort. Bar and waitress service was very on top of taking our drink orders and cleaning up the dishes. And the property is beautiful. Would definitely come back"
