「We had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, and the staff truly stood out- friendly, helpful, and consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was clean, well-maintained and pleasant. There were a couple minor disappointments. Upon arrival we were informed the gym was out of service, which was unfortunate since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others in the same area. Additionally, we were hoping for a bit of music in the pool...

「The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. The Iberostar app needs a little work but overall it added a layer of convenience and organization to our stay. Events were listed clearly on app and...
