"First visit to South Seas. It is at the far northern part of Captiva Island. Its secluded, and quiet. The rooms are actually condo's which are really nice, clean and comfortable. Please keep in mind this resort is still undergoing construction from Hurricane Ian, but they have done a great job and can't wait for it to be finished as it will be amazing. The beach is gorgeous, not crowded and the chairs and umbrellas on the beach are a great touch as we forgot to bring ours. Every employee we met was so friendly, helpful and kind. Strongly recommend renting a golf cart. It helps get around the resort which is quite large and bonus it allows you to go into the little town which is adorable and has additional dining options. Very nice having a Starbucks on property as well. We will be visiting again. If you are looking for a quiet trip with rest and relaxation and great accommodations this is the place!!"

"Excellent property surrounded by beautiful beaches and homes. The walk to the beach takes just a minute, and of course there are all the shells you could ask for. The home was clean, all furniture was nicley kept and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We were happy to see that Captiva and Sanibel have recovered. "

"Beautiful property, perfect location, loved the pool, hot tub, and the game/theater room was perfect for our group of 10 adults...would definitely stay again! My mother in law claimed it was the nicest place she's stayed in yet!"

"This house and location are absolutely amazing! The home was recently remodeled over the past year and it showed! We were 2 families totaling 12. We were able to spend time together and enjoy island life! We loved that the beach was just steps in front of the house and we also enjoyed the pools at the island club that was just a short golf cart ride away. The house was very clean and we loved the caretakers of this home, they were very helpful and attentive and made getting to the house and the island very easy. We highly recommend and plan to return next year!"

"The condo was spotless, comfortable and well situated overlooking a small marina and view of the bay providing opportunity to observe wildlife from the screened porch, great pool right outside the door, short, easy walk or bike to the beach, beautiful landscaping. "
