"Great little hotel in the quaint town of Simon’s Town. Comfortable, quiet stay. Walked to the beaches (including penguins), some neat shops and excellent restaurants all very close."

"Breakfast we couldn't get the required service the staff was mostly in the kitchen. Parking was safe,room was clean your ironing board was to too short it could iron a dress properly."

"This is my overall pick for Cape Town, South Africa. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and just spoiled rotten. The hotel was very clean from the dining areas and rooms to the gym facility. I can't rave enough about this place! The food was incredible! Definitely 5 star quailty on everything. "

"Beautiful hotel! The pools are absolutely amazing and make the stay feel special. One of the highlights was the local tortoises on the property—it’s such a unique and memorable connection to nature. A truly enjoyable experience overall."

"The room itself is nice, but not fancy. The view, however, is spectacular and overlooks the golf course on one side, and a view of False Bay on the other. Right up from Penguin Beach, and about a mile from the main drag with all of the shops."

"South Beach Hotel is ideally located close to the main shops and restaurants but far enough away to be in a quiet environment. The staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms are modern and very clean. The facilities are great. Each apartment has a kitchen and a well stocked fridge. Fresh pastries and bread are delivered daily in the morning. There is a well kitted out gym and easy to use laundry room. The pool areas are clean and comfortable with a good supply of fresh towels. The pool bar plays cool music and overlooks the main beach area of Camps Bay. Security is taken seriously but not overly intrusive. We could tell our safety was important to the hotel. We would definitely recommend South Beach Hotel."
