"Very uncomfortable. Being originally a prison, the hotel suffers from subpar room design. While it's suitable for solo occupancy due to the lack of proper separation between the bed and toilet areas, using the restroom in a shared room is inconvenient, resembling the layout of a prison. In a city with poor security like Cape Town, the only advantage is its proximity to the V&A."

"The night I reached the hotel , the lady in the entrance was so good . I'm a Japanese so I don't speak English well, the front stuff could't understand what I mean well at first. I was not happy , worried a little . Later they were so kind to me. The cleaning ladies were't smiling. The towels in the bathroom was very hard ,difficult to use. The outside of the hotel dosen't look safe in the evening. The hotel, as a whole is good but not excellent compared to the hotels I stayed in Asia, Vietnam. "
