Wonderfully equipped home central to all cape coral has to offer. Had a issue with the fan (previous guest took the remote) and the host was at the home to fix within minutes. We had our family with a newborn and the the home had all the essentials needed. Very clean, updated.,and well maintained. Cant wait to get back to this one!!

Very nice home

Very clean, very nice. Beds werw comfortable and we had an overall nice stay. Plenty of good restaurants around and it was a very doable drive out to Ft Myers beach or Sanibel and Captiva islands.

Birthday Celebration

The property was perfect for my daughters 13th birthday celebration. It was clean and very spacious for the amount of guest we had. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. The host responds very quickly. We will definitely stay again.

Overall, our stay at this property was great! We were a large group of college students so accommodating us is not easy, but the house did it well. We all loved the property and getting to use the features such as the pool, fireplace outside, and the luxurious bathroom! A couple things weren’t quite as advertised, such as the broken lanai from the hurricane, the construction next door and a couple broken features like the freezer door handle and the water marks in the house. Even with this however, we all very much enjoyed our stay at the home and are extremely grateful for our hosts flexibility and accommodations for such a big group! He is truly the best.

Spring Break with Family

Host is very responsive, polite, and professional. Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Property extremely clean and perfect for our stay. Host was very accommodating to our request. We will be back to Cape Coral!

We had a great time

We rented this house to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We had lots of kids playing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful backyard oasis. They still have some damage from the hurricane but nothing interfered with the kids having a good time. Andy was always very quick to respond and we did call him and he was great! Overall 5 stars! The only thing I would recommend is adding blackout shades in the master bedroom that may guest can sleep in and not have the sun wake them up. Other than that we had a lovely time there with family and friends

We had a really nice time! The owners were very responsive to our needs. There was a lot of attention paid to the decoration and "activities" in the house. There was still some damage to the "lanai" due to the hurricane, but the pool and the yard were great. We would stay here again.
