Fully Furnished remodeled Vacation home available for your holiday get-away. Located on a gulf access canal in the Yacht Club area, walking distance to Cape Coral Beach and the Boat House Restaurant. This 2 bedroom - 1 Bath home is located in a quaint neighborhood with comfortable sleeping for 4. Master Bedroom has a king bed and other bedroom has 2 Twin beds. Bring or Rent a boat and tie up to the dock right in the back yard and access the open water within seconds. A short 5 minutes car drive you can reach the Cape Coral bridge into city of Fort Myers, Golfing, Restaurants and so much more. Fully equipped kitchen has toaster, coffee maker, microwave, everything you should need for a wonderful vacation. Smart TV's so you can stream your Netflix or other apps you may have. The back yard has plenty of space, a Table with 4 chairs, solar lighting and umbrella to relax at. Rent a boat or bring your own or Kayak and leave right from the back yard. Take a stroll to the Cape Coral Yacht Club, Beach. Laundry room with washer and dryer located in attached shed/carport area. We look forward to having you stay with us.
