Our stay at AOCA Sanno was wonderful! The room was a perfect size for our family of 6. We loved that the room had two bathrooms, a kitchen, stove, refrigerator, and a heater. We appreciated the instruction manual that was in the room, train maps, & important contact phone numbers. The room was clean and had such cool art. We loved the location of this property with it being conveniently close to Omori station and to a Mega Don Quixote. The communication with the property owners was clear and easy to understand. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone visiting Tokyo.

This hotel is great! They responded very quickly; sending very detailed instructions so everything was very clear. The apartment was in a good location about an 8 minute walk to Omori station and the inside was very spacious (definitely ok for 2 people with lots of luggage). If you are a light sleeper the noise of the trains passing might bother you, but I was ok. There are also many convenience stores nearby, as well as a sushiro and torikizoku. I would definitely stay here again!

It was a great apartment. Space was perfect for 2 adults and a teenager. We loved it was close to Don Quijote about a 2 minute walk. The nearest station was 10 min walk away. Really close to restaurants and eateries. Loved that we were able to go grocery shopping and have a home cooked meal. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great location for us! We were grateful for the space and how much room we had. It was in a convenient location. A short walk to the train station, but it was not bad at all. Highly recommend this place! Also, don Quijote is close by and you can avoid the crowds at this location!

You have what you need. Room was colorful and with space for your luggage Small kitchen and a Donki close by to buy and or cook breakfast. I wish it would be closer to the train station, to much walking for me. The binder with all instructions was so useful, specially on how to recycle the garbage. The managers were so fast responsive with the issue about dirty futon and bed sheets; they delivered a clean set for us, so, when we came back to our room, the clean bed was waiting for us at our front door. Also, silverware was dirty, but my son washed them so we were able to use them. There was a small vacuum that was so useful too. Around the building, there were 3 washers and 2 dryer machines with soap for the Aoca guests, that was so convenient. Overall, it was a good place to stay!

We really enjoyed the art on the walls and the simplicity of our stay. The train running by our room was a bit loud, but we learned to tune it out quickly. Very comfortable rooms and beds.

Close to Oomori station and in a very convenient location. Room was a bit small for 4 people but was still fine. No washer and dryer. But the place was convenient and we had a comfortable stay.

Great stay! This place is close to train (cute shops) station, mega don qui, lots of restaurants (try dumpling factory)and our favorite morning stop…Torch Bakery. Delicious!!! Train noise was not bad at all.
