"The good: Very well done design and style. Convenient onsite cafe. Nice amenities. The not-so-good: Had some kind of fruit flies in our room upon check in and throughout the stay. Walls are paper thin. So you can hear the upstairs and side neighbors at a talking level. Which also means when someone is briskly walking back and forth upstairs for 30 minutes at 6am, it’s not pleasant. We also had a room near the entrance of the hallway. So when they play dancy house music early in the morning for the hallway vibes towards the cafe and pool, that’s also not pleasant to be woken up by. This is cape cod, not Vegas :-) Also, regardless if it’s an ADA room or not, the room could use a desk chair at the desk. Nice ambient lighting in the room, but really needs A LOT more lighting and lumens. All of the rooms face the parking lot with a big slider. So if you’re bottom floor, unless you want people staring in straight at you from the busy parking lot while you’re not decent and getting ready, you must shut the curtains on the slider. Which is very dark in the room. Ended up having the curtains closed the entire time due to this."
