「The front desk service was excellent and welcoming」

「Everything was super nice!」

「The staff at the hotel were excellent! Always ready and willing to assist! 10/10. The food was also excellent and Chef Cameron was very accommodating. Special mention to Tara, Eloise and Charles. The facility however is in dire need of repair and does not appear to be in pristine condition as shown online. We did not have hot water, the toilet leaked and there were ants everywhere. 「Friendly staff, great location. Not too far from restaurants, is in walking distance of the marina which has a miminart and many food options. Although the building itself needs better maintaining, I would return.」

「Helpful and friendly staff. Great location!! A good overall stay.」

「This was nearly perfect. I traveled around the world, and as a Cameroonian/American, the Caribbean feels like my second home; I love traveling. Saint Lucia captured my heart and attention, mainly because of the excellent staff—very professional, kind, and respectful. From activities, food, logistics, housekeeping, services, to transportation, everything was top-notch. Abdulla, the preferred manager, went above and beyond to accommodate us; he was very professional and made sure everything was...
