This 3rd-floor end-unit offers cozy comfort with soaring 9.5-foot ceilings and a spacious balcony to soak in stunning mountain views.
Enjoy peaceful privacy with no neighbor unit above, plus easy access to the pool and hot tub.

One complimentary heated underground parking space + one large private tarp covered storage locker in parkade.
THE SPACE

- Well stocked gourmet kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances.
- Regular drip coffee maker, complimentary coffee, coffee mate and sugar.
- In-suite Washer and Dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, plus iron and ironing board.
- Granite & stone countertops with an open layout to the dining & living room.
- Complimentary WIFI and cable TV.
- The living room sofa is also a pull-out queen bed.
- One booster highchair and one Pack N Play, please bring your own sheets/bedding for your baby.

- Bedroom#1 – master bedroom with king bed, smart TV, electric fireplace, private full bathroom with separate shower and tub. Southwest facing.
- Bedroom#2 - queen bed with full bathroom. Southeast facing.
Every bedroom is equipped with portable heater, and fan for added comfort.
Each bathroom is stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion.

HUGE private balcony. Electric BBQ and patio dining set is available for your dining convenience.

- Heated pool and hot tub can be found in the Bow building where our unit is located.
- One Wellness & Spa - includes: sauna, steam room, relaxation lounge, fitness center, change rooms (available at additional personal cost).
- Heated underground parkade with entrance clearance (7'6" or 2.3m).
- Private storage locker in the underground parking to store skis, boards, snowshoes, bikes, etc.

GUEST ACCESS
Keypad self check-in.
All instructions, access codes and detailed information will be sent to guest's Vrbo inbox (also copied to guest's email address on file) 3 days before arrival. Kindly review everything in advance so you won’t need to wait for a response about check-in details while in the parkade or outside the unit.
Guests can access the entire condo except for locked supply closet.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
★ Please ensure that the email address on your VRBO account is up to date. A welcome email will be sent to you within 15 minutes after the booking is made.
★ Travel Insurance: For extra peace of mind, we recommend adding trip protection and/or damage protection on Vrbo, which becomes available right after you complete your booking request.
★ Please note: Any building amenities are subject to availability & only open during buildings allowed times. Solara Resort (built in 2008) may occasionally undergo maintenance, which could result in minor inconvenience such as,
• Maintenance to elevators, pool, hot tub, underground parking and gym often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
• By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.
★ A second heated underground parking space may be available for $10 per day - half the public price, subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance to check if it's available for your dates. Free street parking is available nearby along Kananaskis Way, but spots may be limited on weekends and during high season.
★ This condo is in the Solara condominium complex but is privately owned and managed by your host. It is not one of the units operated by the hotel manager.
★ Check-in: After 4:00 pm
★ Check-out: no later than 11:00 am
★ Bear Spray: Not provided in the unit.
★ No-pet policy (including hypoallergenic breeds).
HOUSE RULES
★ No parties. No pets. No Smoking.
★ Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. Enjoy them in the kitchen or dining area.
★ Please remove outdoor footwear indoors to protect the flooring. Your are welcome to bring indoor shoes or slippers.
★ Please avoid makeup or hair dye stains on any white towels, feel free to bring your own wipes/dark color towels if necessary.
★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be stored in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited.
★ Only use pool towels for pool and hot tub. Do not take bath towels out of the unit.
★ No unregistered guests allowed. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit for the property.
★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.
★ Check out time is no later than 11:00 am
★ We do NOT charge for minor accidental damages such as a wine glass or plate, however if anything breaks or spills, please let us know ASAP so we can fix/replace for following guests.
★ During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.
★ By booking this property, you agree to take responsibility for your own safety and the safety of your guests during your stay, and to use the premises and amenities with care. The hosts are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses that occur on the property.
