Direct Beachfront Paradise: Studio w/ Balcony + Resort Amenities

  • The Space
Wake up to the sound of the waves. This professionally managed studio offers a bright, open-concept living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The crown jewel is the private balcony, offering an unobstructed 180-degree view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea.

    Why Choose This Studio?

The Rare Balcony: Unlike many units in the complex, we offer a small but private outdoor space to feel the ocean breeze.

Premier Location: Situated at KM 19.5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone, near the famous "El Rey" ruins and Playa Delfines (The Blue Flag beach).

Resort Perks: Full access to the beachfront swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, and on-site spa services.

Modern Comforts: High-speed Wi-Fi (perfect for remote work), AC, flat-screen TV, and a convenient kitchenette for light meals.

    Guest Access
You will have full access to the complex’s facilities:

    Direct, private beach access.

Pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

Gym and Spa (treatments available for a fee).

    Free parking on-site.

24/7 Security for your peace of mind.

    The Neighborhood
The South End of the Hotel Zone is Cancun’s best-kept secret. It is quieter, safer, and boasts the clearest water in the region. Easy transportation is available right outside the gate with 24/7 bus service to the best shopping malls, nightlife (Coco Bongo), and restaurants

The co-host welcomed us when we arrived. The airport shuttle was perfect - the airport can be crazy, but make sure you know where you are meeting the shuttle driver! The location of the condo is in a quieter southern area of the hotel zone. The room was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the tips and tricks the host provided. The resort was great, pool was clean and chilly - which was a nice relief from the warm Caribbean sun. The pool and beach chairs fill up quick with the all-inclusive guests, but there is plenty of sand of lay your towel out. With the help of the host and co-host we were able to navigate the bus system and get around Cancun with no problems. If were newbies to Cancun and the hosts helped us each step of the way. It was a relief to be able to connect with someone. Thank you for your help and kindness.

My stay at Agustin's place was amazing. There was a mix up so we stayed in a different condo within the same complex. My new condo had double beds which worked out perfectly for me and my bestie. I had a view of the ocean as well as the lagoon. I watched sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious and well equipped. Agustin arranged a private airport driver, excursions, and in room covid testing. He also recommended restaurants just across the street and we visited them daily. Hospitality and communication was EXCELLENT! There is nothing I didn't like about my stay. My birthday trip was perfect! Thanks, Agustin!
