「洗剤、コーヒーといった備品が補充されず、何度もフロントに行かなければならなかった。プールは古く汚れが目立ち、部屋も同じくメンテナンスがされていない。水回りが特にひどく、シャワーやシンクはメンテナンスされておらず壊れた状態だった。泊まったのは「プレミア」グレードにも関わらずこんな状態だった。」

「Canmore is great. Place was average. Small furnishings could be improved and the second shower is barely usable for an adult. Resort was above average with hot tub, no jets. Fitness center. We didn’t use the spa but there is one. Also a restaurant on property which looked good but we ate out. Lots of great places in Canmore. I would look at other options to stay in Canmore.
