「I wasn't even able to stay here! The phone number listed is incorrect, the Expedia message system was useless. I ended up taking a cab to what I thought was the correct address (it is listed as a street in Ward 1, but every district has a Ward 1, and this street is common to many districts) based on its location on Goggle maps. Wrong address. I ended up taking a cab to a hotel in District 1 that I knew of, and fortunately they had rooms available. If you are reading this, Expedia, I would like...

「The room was advertised as having a romantic theme, but it was decorated with black roses and black curtains, which wasn’t what we expected. The mattress was also very stiff and uncomfortable. Another issue was the property’s access policy. We were told the gate and front door would be locked at 10:00 AM each day, and if we wanted to return later, we had to specify an exact time in advance. This felt very inconvenient. We’re on vacation and prefer the flexibility to come and go without having...

"Thank you to all the staff at The Reverie Saigon for their warm hospitality and kindness. We had a safe and enjoyable stay. We especially enjoyed the iconic entrance and gorgeous lobby, with its impressive clocks and beautiful furniture. Our room on the top floor offered wonderful views of Ho Chi Minh City. The breakfast staff were very friendly, and we especially enjoyed the Vietnamese stewed dishes and the wide selection of fresh fruits, including mango and papaya. It was also nice to chat with other guests. We appreciated the almonds and raisins in the minibar, as well as the delicious traditional chocolates provided during turndown service. Some facilities felt slightly dated, and water from the shower flowed toward the toilet, which was inconvenient. We mentioned this to the hotel, so hopefully it can be improved. The automatic bidet toilet was a nice touch. The hotel’s classic glamour is truly special. Blending it with a little more modernity could make the experience even more wonderful."
