Pousada com instalações ruins, não vale o preço.

Instalações precárias (sem água quente no quarto, resolveram nas últimas 2h da estadia), um dos membros do staff foi rude ao lidar com a situação. Ar condicionado do quarto funciona mal, não consegue aquecer o ambiente na noite fria de inverno de Campos do Jordão. Café da manhã muito simples e pouco variado, sem nenhum prato quente e poucas frutas. Ponto positivo: disponibilizaram tomada para carregamento do carro elétrico.

A pousada esta em uma excelente localização. FIquei no quarto Premium com Banheira, porém a água é aquecida por gás, e não apresentava quase que nenhum aquecimento. Devido ser um lugar frio, não conseguimos utilizar banheira e os banhos tinham que ser super rápidos devido frio.

Pousada de média qualidade

O atendimento foi ótimo, mas no quarto não tinha frigobar, o estacionamento tem uma rampa com um grau de inclinação que pega no fundo do carro, não tem limpeza de quarto. Quando acabou o papael higiênico fui pedir outro, pois, não tinha nenhum rolo reserva no quarto, não encontrei ninguém na pousada, estávamos sózinhos naquele momento. Deixou a desejar em muitos aspectos, mas no geral a pousada é agradável e o Sr. ari, recepcionista, é uma pessoa muito atenciosa e nos ajudou muito, surpreendendo no atendimento.
