「Although I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 a.m. for a one-night stay, I was able to check in and access my room immediately. Having arrived in London on an overnight flight from Ghana early that morning, I was able to shower, enjoy lunch in the city, and feel refreshed enough to make the most of the afternoon and evening. The Chinese restaurant on the top floor is also excellent; next time, I would love to book a table and try the Peking duck.」

「The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

「Despite paying for two nights, I could not get into the apartment. I was traveling with young kids and I waited for over 4 hours but was not able to get into the place.」

「The room was poorly lit. There was a strong light above the toilet and none above the sink. Also no washcloths. The bed was super comfortable.」

「I stayed in five nights and had two minor issues. The first thing is in-room safety box was not working when I checked-in while the second thing is that the room key was expired before check-out. Although the issues, hotel staff was very quick and flexible to fix them. I was able to stay very confortable thanks to them.」
