「Breakfast was pretty standard for selections and was delicious. Staff was very friendly both at front desk and food area. Parking lot and outside areas clean and safe」

Lampshades were not attached. (Minor) Window drapes didn't close properly. Would have been OK, kinda, but there were people just hanging out right in front of the window. A bit uncomfortable. Faucet in sink very loose. Tub and shower needed a good cleaning. Bed was clean, and that's all i needed for the night...

「I recently stayed at the Hilton in Dothan, Alabama, and my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities. To my dismay, the bathroom didn’t even have a shower, and it seemed they assigned me a handicap room instead. 「TV didn't work properly unable to get off home screen, had to turn on manually, remote not working, staff unable to fix the issue, stated it was a maintenance issue and they wouldn't be back until next day. Phone in room not working, had to walk to front desk about TV issue and staff stated they'd have manager contact me the next day regarding issues. No contact received from management and no discounts or offers given to make up for the non working items that were paid for in the suite I paid...
