"We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. We enjoyed our stay at this excellent home. The concierge at the main entrance was always very helpful and the property was safe and secure. Thank you Marco for you great hospitality!"

"My family absolutely loved our stay. Greeted with a smile and a warm hug. A very clean, quiet villa on the countryside away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Rome. There are multiple train stations near the area my family used to go into downtown Rome to enjoy the sites. "After the buzz of Rome, we welcomed the chance to relax at Villa Iara. The owner and her rep were very accommodating and were flexible in allowing us to check in a bit early. Everything in the Villa was perfect including the well equipped kitchen. The Villa was also exceptionally clean! "Our family (14 persons in the age 0-70 years) spent a week in this wonderfull House. We had a very good holdiday and the House is perfect for so many people. The pool has a great size and the wiev and outside areas are formidable. It is definitely a house we can recommend. Charlotte & familiy, Denmark"

"Simonetta’s Villa is beautiful, spacious and in a great location for a relaxing family get-away. The outdoor space is amazing - with a hot tub, ping pong table and bikes to keep our children entertained for hours. Everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery store, coffee/gelato shop, beach) which was awesome as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle to get around.
