Awful!!!!!! Read the reviews and pay a bit more to stay anywhere else! This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We first checked in and the front desk said that did not have the room we booked available anymore, and that they only had two queen beds. The room they showed us smelled like cat urine and it was absolutely filthy. The shower and toilet seat had hair on it, the bedding had stains, and the door and shower were falling apart. We went to the front desk to complain and ask to switch rooms. They switched our rooms and it was slightly better, but still had terrible cosmetic issues with things falling apart, and the bedding had stains. Our TV did not work for our 2 day stay, despite maintenance coming to try and fix it. Pool was closed and looked nasty and green. Hotel did not offer coffee or any kind of breakfast as advertised. I was going to say that the manager, “Ricky”, was helpful, but I can’t even say that! He helped us with our issues but nothing was ever resolved. I tried to file a reimbursement claim with Expedia but Ricky ended up lying about our experience and denying our claim for full or even partial reimbursement. I won’t be using Expedia for a long while either after this experience. We stayed over a holiday weekend, and there was no availability elsewhere so we were stuck. Absolutely terrible, this place is way to pricey for what you get. Trust me, spend a little bit more and be more comfortable, safe, and clean.
