「Das Appartement liegt wunderschön und ist exakt beschrieben. Wünschenswert wäre vor allem Insektenschutzgitter im Bad & Insektenschutztür im Eingang. Ansonsten hat man Abends nur die Möglichkeit alles zuzulassen oder man teilt das Appartement immer wieder mit Stechmücken & Kakerlaken (Hat NICHTS mit der Sauberkeit der Wohnung zu tun! Die leben einfach in den Beeten). Die Verwalterin vor Ort, Rosa (sehr gutes Englisch) macht hier einen sehr guten Job. Die Mikrowelle scheint defekt zu sein oder...

「Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und in Alleinlage, allerdings wird direkt daneben gerade eine Wohnanlage gebaut. Es war sehr schmutzig, kaum Geschirr, gesamte Anlage ungepflegt... so schade.」

「Un cadre idyllique mais le logement rien à voir avec ce qui est décrit dans l’annonce. Mini studio on se sent vraiment à l’étroit, une cuisine pas entretenue (placard poussiéreux avec araignées), la vaisselle pas propre. La salle de bain est plutôt propre par rapport au reste. Un cafard nous attendait dans la douche. Bref regardez bien les avis mais ne comptez pas sur un 3 étoiles」

「Logement propre , vue imprenable sur l'océan. Pour le reste, la salle de sport est inexistante, le bain à remous sale et hors service. Tout est propre mais vétuste, mais ce n'était pas un problème. Propriétaire invisible, nous ne l'avons jamais vu. Serait-ce parce que 2 réservations aux mêmes dates et pour les mêmes personnes étaient faites? Il n'a jamais daigné discuter. Et empoché les 2 loyers.」

「I have mixed feelings about our stay at Joao's place. We were a bit disappointed to find the state of the place; we emailed the landlord but he did not respond until Vrbo contacted him. Positive: - location: the view over the ocean is spectacular! - silence: it is a quiet area, only residential. aside from a couple of dogs once in a while, there is no outside noise - sleep quality: the (hard) mattresses worked a charm and we slept really well - good fun with the table tennis in the common...

「Le seul bon point du logement est l'emplacement très calme et la vue magnifique. Malheureusement cela ne compense pas le reste et il est difficile de profiter d'un séjour dans ces conditions. La chambre: le plafond est globalement bas et très bas dans la chambre, et il y a une très forte odeur d'humidité, il est impossible d'ouvrir les placards à cause de cela et nous avons du dormir la fenêtre ouverte toutes les nuits. La cuisine: l'évier et la gazinière sont placés sous le conduit de cheminée...

「Referente di struttura mai visto. Blatte ovunque in casa. Prima di andare a letto dovevamo fare il giro per uccidere o buttarle fuori di casa. Acqua gelida nella doccia. Che dire pessimo veramente Unico punto positivo la posizione. Il resto davvero imbarazzante. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO」

「Alles sehr funktional und technisch gut. Durch den darüberliegenden Balkon war auf der Terrasse auch immer ein Schattenplatz zu finden. Der Check-In war sehr holprig, da vor der Anreise dafür keine Informationen bereitgestellt worden waren. Bei der Ausstattung wären das Vorhandensein von Reinigungsutensilien (wie Kehrschaufel und -besen, Eimer, etc.) nützlich gewesen.」

「We had an amazing 25th anniversary celebration in Madeira. We had never been before, but this property provided the necessary privacy while also providing a short drive to necessary amenities. The roads are steep and may be a bit of a challenge, but the unbridled beauty of the island is well worth it. I would definitely recommend and plan to stay again.」
