The Space:

Guest Access:
Self check-in is simple with a secure keypad code provided before arrival. Guests have full and private access to the entire laneway suite and balcony. Entry is through a gate from the green space and pathway through the back yard.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in Hillhurst - one of Calgary’s most walkable and desirable communities - the suite opens directly onto a large green space and sits just steps from the Bow River pathways. You’re minutes from shops, restaurants, and the lively energy of nearby Kensington, one of Calgary’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
Getting Around:
It’s easy to get around whether you’re driving, biking, or on foot. The property has quick access to major roads, dedicated bike paths, and is just a few minutes from public transit stops - including a 10–15 minute walk to Sunnyside LRT station - connecting you to downtown and the rest of the city with ease.
Other Things to Note:
To help keep things safe, smooth, and in line with local regulations, we ask guests to complete a short check-in form after booking. It includes a quick photo ID, similar to what hotels require, and helps confirm who’s staying since some booking platforms don’t always share full details. It’s fast, secure, and makes for an easy, contactless self check-in.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. If additional cleaning is required, damage occurs, or any item (including, but not limited to, decor, linens, appliances, amenities, or access devices) is misused, lost or stolen, a charge will be assessed for actual costs incurred, plus reasonable management or administrative fees for handling claims, coordinating repairs or replacements, and processing payments.
A security deposit may be required for certain bookings; the amount and terms will be communicated prior to check-in.
If guests bring pets, a pet fee ($100/stay) will apply and must be paid as outlined in the listing or requested through the booking platform. Please note, pet fees do not apply to legally recognized service animals.
Additional fees may apply for specific situations, including but not limited to unauthorized extra guests, unapproved late check-out, lost keys, excessive utility usage, parking infractions, or other violations of the house rules as listed in your reservation details. All such fees and deposit charges will be assessed fairly, in accordance with applicable local laws and booking platform policies.
