"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was very new, clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok and served quickly. Airport shuttle driver was punctual and friendly but bus needs maintenance…known broken, dysfunctional seatbelt in second row is dangerous. Just waiving off passenger concerns because van is old and hotel is still waiting for repairs/parts isn’t safe or good enough. "

"The conventional breakfast was good. A great selection of muffins, cereal, bread & bagels. There were boiled eggs and beverages too. The snacks in the little shop were good, a little pricy, but you pay for convenience. I booked the shuttle with one front desk agent however when I went to check out, the other desk agent said I wasn't on the list. So always confirm they put you on the list, not just say 'okay'"

"This review focuses specifically on accessibility. I use a walker for mobility (not a wheelchair) and had reserved an accessible room (Room 323). We arrived late in the evening, around 10:00 PM. The parking situation was challenging—the main lot is quite small, and no spaces were available upon arrival. There are only two designated accessible parking spots, both of which were occupied. Front desk staff mentioned an additional parking area at the back of the hotel that “not many people know about,” but it was also nearly full. As a result, I had to be dropped off at the front entrance while my wife searched for parking and ultimately found a spot at the rear of the property. Notably, there appeared to be a higher number of reserved spaces for VIP members than for guests requiring accessible parking. Regarding the room itself, I would not consider it truly accessible. The entryway features a narrow hallway that made it difficult to open the door while maneuvering a walker into the room. The overall room size was also quite limited. Initially, the bathroom seemed promising due to the walk-in shower; however, it proved to be highly impractical. The toilet is positioned extremely close to the counter, leaving minimal space to sit comfortably. A grab bar is mounted near the counter, with the toilet paper holder located directly beneath it—protruding over the toilet seat. We actually had to remove the toilet paper roll to allow enough space to attempt to sit down."
