「It is a very beautiful property with amazing views! The staff was very friendly. They were constantly cleaning. The food was great and reasonably priced. (We have had a hard time with finding good food for a good price in the previous places we stayed. The beach was incredible! It is a a tough drive on gravel would recommend a 4 wheel drive with good tires. We had a small car and had to go very slow. There is three creeks that need to be crossed we were okay because it is the dry hot season.」

「Beautiful rooms and area. Lovely and quiet. One note to mention, the beach across the road is not the crystal blue waters as the sand is dark. It’s also a busy area for fishing so we didn’t swim. There’s some nice restaurants within walking distance and a great grocery store. 」

「Outstanding stay and this small resort on the edge of the world. The drive from Liberia airport was a long one, but totally worth it to drive into the little village of Montezuma and into the jungle paradise of Ylang Ylang. Our room was right on the ocean. Going to sleep with the crash of the ocean waves outside our door. Beaches - mostly empty save the hermit crabs and occasional local dog. Staff - outstanding. Bed - comfortable. 「 One hour into breakfast, there was very limited fruit, granola. The staff did not restock and I felt badly for those customers who arrived in the next 2 hours. This was experienced both days. At dinner, the servers never came to check on us, ask if we needed anything, how our food was. We found them to be quite curt and not customer focused. Housekeeping and gardeners A+; reception desk staff varied depending on who was working.」
