「Clean and comfortable」

「We celebrated our Anniversary & was extremely happy with the room & service. We received a room upgrade (no extra charge) due to our room not being ready at check-in. The room was very clean & comfortable and the food was quite good. The staff went above & beyond recognizing our anniversary day, making it extra special! Thank you Calabogie Peaks Staff!」

「Toilet and shower were heavily stained and not sure if sanitary. Bedding was worn and had some stains. One bath towel was thread bare. Mattress was comfortable. Room needs a deep clean, fresh bedding and towels to bring it up to a respectable level. A bit of a funky odor that needs to be rectified. Could easily be a good room with some care and a bit of money spent but will not get repeat customers or recommendations as is.」

「The property is terribly lit. There was no light outside of our little complex and no light in the stairwells. There was no place to hang your clothes and no bedside tables to lay your things on. Also, there was a coffee maker with coffee and tea, but no mugs, cups or glasses to drink from. Lots of dust under the bed」

「The room was filthy, tub toilet sink mirror were dirty. The caretaker Amos didnt come to the door when we called the number on the office door. The TV didnt work. I mean you get what you pay for i guess. It was infested with ants and spiders and smelled like mold. We stayed for 2 days because of weather conditions but when we got out to camp, our campsite was cleaner lol.」
