「The room had a washer dryer, fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, a patio to sit outside, wifi throughout the resort and air condition in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. There was a dining table, a desk, and a sitting area. The hotel restaurant was closed for breakfast, but there were places nearby to eat (I recommend the Ritz Carlton for breakfast). 「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...
