"It was a very good hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms were very clean. air-conditioning worked very good. No problem parking all the people were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It would be nice if they had a little bar on the roof of the hotel have a cold beer or drink of some kind after you got back from one of your adventures in the city, but there’s lots of places very close to get something to eat or drink "

"We didnt spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Don't stay in room 24!! Every night there was a full choir singing very loudly until 9pm at night The one night they were singing nursery rhymes, for no reason. The room was right next door and felt like they were inside our space! The up side was the air conditioning was great. We stayed in a Junior suite, so it had a 5 gallon water bottle which we appreciated. There was a kettle, so I brought oatmeal with me for a quick breakfast. No towels in the room when we got there, but housekeeping was lovely and provided The pool is great. We were in it around 230pm each day until sun was gone from it around 530pm Bartender was not friendly at all. That part was a bummer All other staff was very nice. Right across the street from a big, well lit grocery store as well which was handy. We walked to Guava limb for dinner one night as it was around the corner (delicious!) King bed was comfy. 2 small twin beds were pretty hard."

"Falling Leaves was a beautiful, cozy, and relaxing place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable for our honeymoon. The grounds of this hotel was so beautiful with lots of luscious green plants. It’s in a really great location too! "

"The AC was excellent, and so was the water pressure. A small, cozy room with a comfortable bed at a very reasonable price. The staff members are super kind and available for help. Moreover, you can't ask for a better location. This hotel is in the heart of San Ignacio. "

"The property grounds and staff there made the experience amazing and memorable. I only have an issue with a couple small things. My toilet broke on the first flush. Housekeeping was quick to fix the issue however. Also, I can tell the towels were cheap, the dinner rolls at the restaurant were microwaved, and the in room bar snacks were old. It would be nice if the owner invested more into these small details. For the rate per night, it must compete well with other luxury hotels. Overall, great stay though. "

"Unit was fully furnished, and even came stocked with coffee for our morning dip in the pool! Incredible hospitality, and perfect location for those who like it a bit quieter. Will definitely recommend, and stay again when we come back. Thank you so much, to the entire team!"

"Ac worked well. Bar and coffee shop but no food on site. Access to free chilled water. Comfy bed. Large room. Great stay!"

"Great location. Cute, clean place with plenty of space. Host is next door but the house is private. Host also runs a local tour company and assisted us with our excursions, which were fantastic, best guides! Host Terry even brought over banana bread freshly baked by her daughter as a welcome gift. The pool was a welcome respite from the late April heat and has a lovely view of the sunset."
