「The direct surroundings are not very astonishing, but the Hotel itself and the rooms are squeaky clean, the beds comfortable and the terrace invites to stay for a coffee (from the coffee shop right below the hotel) or for a beer, which one can buy in the small bar onsite. 「Had a two bedroom villa with 3 beds. Very clean and nice with small individual pool. Nice space to come back to after excursions. About a 30 min walk from downtown San Ignacio which wouldn't want to do at night based on having to walk on the street. Can get cabs arranged from hotel.」

「We didnt spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Don't stay in room 24!! Every night there was a full choir singing very loudly until 9pm at night The one night they were singing nursery rhymes, for no reason. The room was right next door and felt like they were inside our space! The up side was the air conditioning was great. We stayed in a Junior suite, so it had a 5 gallon water bottle which we appreciated. There was a kettle, so I brought oatmeal with me for a quick breakfast....

It felt like staying with family. The food was delicious as well. The area is pretty isolated, but a short cab ride can take you to town for groceries and restaurants. Super refreshing and pretty pool, and the beds were SO comfortable. 」
