The Neighborhood:
The villa is located in a quiet and upscale beachfront community where you can enjoy the tranquility of the ocean with breathtaking sunsets right from your villa and still be just a short 10-minute drive from Cabo's vibrant dining and shopping scene and local attractions like the iconic El Arco rock formation and fresh seafood restaurants. Getting Around:
The international airport is Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), approximately 28 miles | 45 km away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. There are three parking spaces available at the property.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking site used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties, events, or illegal activity allowed, and excessive noise is not allowed after 10 pm, to be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If you hire any external providers, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.
Interaction with Guests:
Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, provide you with keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
