「Staff took us to our room only to make us move again after we settled in because she took us to the wrong room, but would not admit her mistake and lied to us instead. 「We stayed in the family Villa #2, with our daughter. It was a nice place and we enjoyed the separate sleeping room front he family room and kitchen area. The location is fairly far from La Fortuna, which if you plan strategically, can be a real advantage for your stay. We ended up booking most of our activities around the hotel area, and only venturing into La Fortuna for one evening. 「Very clean house in beautiful location, with small river running along back of property. Saw monkeys most early mornings in trees along river. Productive bird watching just from backyard. Surprisingly good pizza a little down the road, on the corner. Fogon de Chela close by for cooking class that included amazing dinner. 」

「Great place, we absolutely loved it, rooms were amazing. Breakfast was good but not loads of choice, it’s a little out of the way but this didn’t affect us as we had a car and the grounds made up for it. We saw sloths over the car park near the reception. 」

「The room was spacious, perfect for two people. The bathroom was also big and cormfortable with a hairdryer. You're surrounded by nature and can see many bords from the balcony while having breakfast from your room. My only two criticisms are, first that the pillows available are too thick, second is that the wifi didn't always work properly in the evening. 」
