Being considerate of the weather when visiting the old souk is handy.
Never been to a souq before? Then this is well worth it. If you have been before, this is NOT as lively and varied as others (think Muscat, Salalah, Cairo, etc.). Has many of the same kinds of things you'll find in other souqs, but does obviously have some items more specific to Lebanon.
