Excellent hotel!!!!!! The staff was really professional and so kind…. I did the aromatherapy massage with my daughter, it was the best massage we ever had…. And we did so many massages in the US!!!! Family summer and winter resort

The hotel is located in the mountain, housing a ski resort. The staff is very friendly, in particular the reception staff. There is an indoor swimming pool which is mostly unused during my visit. There aren't many shops and restaurants nearby, most visitors came with families and for skiing. Essential to have a car if you wish to move around. The rooms are very comfortable and service is fast.

Property and facilities are beautiful. However, parking lot workers are trying to scam foreigners. Unfortunately, this ruined what would have been a wonderful experience. I will never return to this hotel because of this and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It truly is a shame.

The rate per night was 175 USD for a random room with no breakfast included. Moreover, I had to pay for a valet parkin g service I have never received for having parked my car at the hotel's parking
