「There's a petrol station not far. But definitely need a car」

「Beautiful location, wonderful property, delicious food, breakfast included, complimentary packed lunch and more....highly recommended.」

「Comfortable room, friendly staff. Had pleasant meal one night, and enjoyed cooked breakfast. Spent few hours in pub lounge, great atmosphere. Small point, we were in room 9 which was noisy at night due to extractor fan out side. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.」

「Loved the room bed and bathroom lots of nice features and the pub was good」

「The house was a surprise, covering 3 floors. Amazing bathroom and very spacious bedrooms. Rrally clean and welcoming. Short walk into Buxton.」

「We spent 2 weeks in September, my husband and I and a further guest, who stayed for 10 days. We were very satisfied with the apartment, which was situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely view of the countryside from the lounge. Buxton was in walking distance (15 minutes). The apartment was nice and warm and the kitchen was well stocked, which included a generous deep freeze compartment. What we also liked was the fact that there was a space to park the car off road. We loved the Peak...

「Good. A heated towel rail in the bathroom would be an improvement.」
