Lovely getaway and awesome host!
"Darius was awesome. This place was a lovely little home for my parents-in-law to stay for a couple of days. They don't speak English very well and Darius was proactive and communicative and accommodating to ensure that we had the check-in/check-out information we needed to ahead of time so that we had time to communicate with our parents. He also was very speedy at responding to an issue where the gate wasn't open when we expected it to be and promptly got us the help we needed. The property itself was wonderful and cozy and cute. My mother-in-law loved the loft bed! They both had a wonderful time and loved how they could walk places and cook for themselves and have their own space. A great location. "

"Our stay was okay. It would've been excellent if there were common supplies in the apartment. There was only one towel per room. So for 4 people there was only 3 towels. Also, there was an iron but no ironing board. There also were no bureaus, nowhere to put your clothes except a closet to hang clothes. In the kitchen there was hardly any skillets, I think there was one, but no pots. Hardly any drinking glasses. There was empty boxes of things like a toaster, but there was none to be found. The couch is less to be desired and it's the only piece of furniture. The TV's (TCL TV) had not even been programmed much. As for the beds, there was only one blanket for each bed and no top sheet. The entire hallway, first and second floor had no light at night. None of the light switches worked. In addition, when you walk through the outside front door you are greeted by a massive baby carriage that makes it almost impossible to get by. Finally, there is not a secondary exit or fire escape or fire extinguisher. In view of these things it's clear that this place is not ready to be rented out in my opinion."

"Overall the property is clean and nice. Communication could better. Parking is extremely tight but avaliable. My number one issue is the noise level from the upstairs neighbors. If you want to sleep before midnight or 1sm, this is not the place for you. "
