"Our stay was okay overall. We were assigned a basement apartment, which are very small. Unfortunately, the bed and pillows were not comfortable, and we noticed a few strands of hair on the bed sheets. Being in the basement, we could hear a lot of noise from both above and neighboring units, which made it difficult to fully relax."

"The automatic information sent about the property was detailed and sent on time. I sent a couple of inquiries asking if there were extra towels or blankets and those inquiries went unanswered. The apartment was very clean and the sheets were soft. If you enjoy a hard mattress, this is perfect for you. Bed was too hard for me and I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch because it was painful. Rest of my family also found the beds to be too hard to be comfortable. Soundproofing of the building needs to be improved, could hear people upstairs coughing and their tv playing. Stairway from first floor is hard to navigate because there are not enough bannisters to hold on to if you are carrying suitcases. Owner states they are working on the building so hopefully they will add more bannisters to safely navigate the stairwell. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean and there was a dedicated parking spot."

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise out for the day. Loved the digital building and door keys. Easy parking. The entire building space is quite unique and stylish."

"It's a cute space inside, especially the kitchen, but the pleather furniture was not comfortable. Michael had a little snack basket for us and the cooking basics were there. On the down side for me: Parking was a challenge, even though off street was nice to have. It was dark and hard to navigate to the front of the house. It was city neighborhood type loud, traffic, sirens and the occasional yelling neighbor at 2am. Lastly, the air "freshener" plug in was out of control. As soon as i walked in my eyes were watering. I thought it was from the cleaning but when we got back that first night it was worse, so i unplugged it and cracked the AC to clear the air. It's very hard to find something in this area, so i would prefer to stay in PVD at a hotel rather than here. I'll give Michael 5 stars for trying to be a great host!"

"The apartment was perfect for our overnight stay. Every room was pristine clean. There were nice clean towels and soap laid out at the end of each bed which was a nice welcoming touch. I would definitely stay over this same place again and would recommend. Thank you!"
