Staff even give us a courtesy call in making sure that we'll not miss breakfast 30 mins before it ends. Food served at breakfast are all 10/10 in taste, cleanliness, and presentation. They are also fast and efficient with room service such as housekeeping, towel change, and collecting garbage upon request. There's 2 wide pools, the widest pool is kid friendly and lifeguard is present at all times. Staff always smile and greet you at anytime time of the day. I am thankful and grateful for Sandra, Anita, Mj, and all staff at Fernvale!"

"At first we were nervous booking because the description made us believe it was similar to a hostel. We are so glad we booked! Not only were the rooms private but it was also very clean. We got a van pickup from the airport to the hotel, which was $250php per person. Once we arrived and checked in, we used the laundry service & got all our clothes back smelling great & no shrinkage or damage. The front desk was so friendly and answered all our questions/concerns. Overall everything was great! "
