「At a really great location, literally a block from the train, and two blocks from the Eiffel tower. We walked everywhere from there!」

「It’s not a fancy but very practical apartment. We traveled with adult kids so each had a separate space to sleep and having two full baths was very convenient. Location is great as one is within 2-3 km of major attractions. Louvre is at walking distance. Marco was very attentive to our needs and requests.」

「The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and safe. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The area is fairly quiet, though we’re used to noisy Chicago. It was challenging to shower, but we managed. The location is great! It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and the train. It was easy to get around Paris from this location. The host was courteous and provided clear instructions on how to access the place. We would certainly stay here again.」

「Wonderful place right in the heart of things. Spacious and all the necessities. The pics on the listing need updating: there is now a hallway between the bedrooms, and you don't have to traverse thru one to get to the other. The washer/dryer sure was nice to have. We were 2 couples, and note that it's not that private when it comes to bathrooms that have two thin windows in between them. All-in-all a terrific place with historic bones and a killer view.」

「The prooerty was just as describe in the Marais area. Bey close to St. Antoine and walking distance to most sites of interest In a very quiet area and secure building. The only issue wa that when taking a shower the watet would overflow in the bathroom」

「ほぼ、友人の家を借りている感じ。すぐに生活を始める最低限の物はそろっている。しかし、10日間オーナーは一度も来ないので、自分の家のように全て自分でやらなければならない。アパートの鍵はトリッキーで、初日は通りかかった隣人が開けてくれたが、次の日は買物から帰って開ける事が出来ず3時間締め出された。オーナーにメールすると、その友人が現れて開けてくれた。ピアノは鍵盤がひび割れ、欠けていて古い。以上から考えると2人でとまるには料金が高い。4、５人でとまるならコスパはいいかも。」

「The modernized apartment in a vintage building allowed us to stay in one of the classic areas of historic Paris without compromise. At 73, we had no problem with the two flights of wide stairs. Walking distance for us to the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Arr. We would happily stay in the apartment again. The use of a professional service to manage our stay was a bonus.」

「We chose this apartment because of the price and that most everything was within walking distance, ie food, entertainment, historical sights, etc... It was clean and comfortable and even had a washer/dryer combination machine. The communication with apartment management staff was wonderful. We knew this going in, but be prepared for the four flights of stairs you have to climb to get to your apartment as there is no elevator. We are in our 40's and we survived. lol We mainly used the apartment...

「We loved our stay at this quaint and cozy apartment. It was plenty spacious enough for my tween daughter and me. Location was fantastic. Close walk to metro station and tons of shops and restaurants. Loved the floor to ceiling window with a small balcony overlooking the street. We had two very minor issues while there, and the maintenance tech was there within 20 minutes of contacting the host company and quickly resolved. We would definitely recommend!!!」
