Amazing Location

Miguel was an amazing host and it was the little touches that really made our stay. When we arrived he helped us carry our bags to our flat and brought fresh flowers for our stay. The location was perfect and allowed us to walk or use the metro with ease.

Centrally Located Lovely Loft

We had such a wonderful stay at this loft! It was in the best location that was steps away from great restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores and a 10 minute walk to the Louvre. The Museum D'Orsay was also nearby. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again if ever we revisit Paris. Miguel was very accomodating and responsive with any questions we had. He was an amazing host! Thanks again for a great stay!

In the heart of 6th on top of cafes and restaurants. However this property is extremely quiet and tranquil inside. Top floor so be prepared to walk up some stairs. We didn’t mind but might be important info to some. The host was great. Felt like a person who genuinely cares about his guests. The place was just as expected. Good value for the location

Most amazing day of my life. We had the best time and everyone enjoyed the location and our host. The apartment is in a great location, and the host communicated very well and quickly. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as we’d like and the landlord arrived unannounced to show the place to potential renters. We found out the landlord got the showing date wrong which is fine but it turned us off especially because it was so unexpected. We also never met with the renter/landlord since it was self check in so we didn’t know for sure if the people coming into the unit were who they said they were. Besides the unnerving encounter, the apartment is quiet, near a grocery store, and near bars, restaurants and shopping.

Everything you need in the 6th

This gem of an apartment made our stay! The two beds were very comfortable, the tiny kitchen had everything we needed and the two bathrooms (one with a tub and one with a toilet) made getting ready for the day easy. Our host was fantastic and he even treated us to clean towels and breakfast treats towards the end of our stay. The location was the best - grocery store a half block away and ton of food options nearby. Transportation options within blocks! Enjoy!!

Perfect Parisian Loft

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was so friendly, kind and helpful! He made the trip very memorable. We also loved the area of St Germaine in the 6th. It’s lively, amazing food on every corner and artsy. It was very quiet once inside the courtyard and building. The apartment is in the 5th floor and the stairs could be challenging for someone who doesn’t walk a lot, as they tilt in a bit. For us it just added to the charm. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and host! The apartment is a bit quirky… ask host about how key works to get in, codes for doors, how to use coffee maker, etc when arriving. The apartment is not perfect but again, the location and host make up for it! The stairs were not as challenging as we expected. Definitely recommend!

Very comfortable space tucked away on the top floor of a very old and unique building. 4 stars was selected for family friendly as it quite a few stairs to the unit (accurately reported in listing to be fair). Fantastic Location!

The loft is lovely and Miguel is very sweet. We enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely amazing! It's near the Notre Dame, Louvre and Bon Marche. The draw back is the 102 stairs to get to the loft, washing machine was broken (very common in Europe) and no shower (tub only).Overall it was a lovely experience!

The apartment is just as described, and perfectly situated. The neighborhood is lovely, with so many cafes, restaurants, and sites all within walking distance.
